Case Repairs and Field Services
FIELD SERVICE CALL AT CASE LOCATION (MAXIMUM OF 20 MILES FROM CRC)
Includes packing of required tools, equipment and parts for repair and travel to one location for up to a maximum of eight hours at that location. Additional visit require additional Trips.
Does not include any repair labor or material cost. $150/Trip
PICK-UP AND RETURN OF CASE (MAXIMUM OF 20 MILES FROM CRC)
Includes pick-up and return of one case from one location.
Does not include any repair labor or material cost. $100.00
Each additional case at same location – same pick-up and return. $ 20.00
LABOR: (Charged in minimum of ¼ hour units. Same rate for infield or at CRC)
FOR CRC CASES: $ 50.00/MAN HR.
FOR NON-CRC CASES: $ 70.00/MAN HR.
MATERIAL: (Same rate for infield or at CRC).
Example charges for common case components that CRC stocks. Does not include special order items.
Replace Recessed Butterfly Latch and Dish Field Service: $220.00 AT CRC: $ 70.00
TERMS:
NOTE: MINIMUM BILLING = $50.00
Payment due prior to removal or by prior agreed terms. New Accounts or those not set up on terms will be required to place a down payment of $100 or 50% of estimated total cost (whichever is larger) prior to start of all work. Cases left for quotation and work order not given within 7 days of quotation will be subject to $25/case/week from date of delivery until removed from CRC. Any case not paid for and picked up within 14 days of notification of completion will be subject to $25/case/week from date of delivery until removed from CRC. Invoices not paid and received within 30 days of invoice date will be subject to added charges of $50.00 plus 1% of invoice amount per month or portion thereof for late payment from date of invoice. Should cases remain at CRC without prior agreement over 90 days, CRC has the right to sell cases and contents to the highest bidder or scrap at our discretion without further notice or compensation to prior owner. Returned checks will be subject to an additional charge of $50.00 plus all returned check costs in addition to above late payment charge from date of invoice.
