Shipping Policy
Orders may be cancelled without notice
or liability.
Will call or pick
up is available by appointment only and only after order has been processed
and you have received a "Ready to Ship E-mail"!
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central
are generally shipped same day, Monday through Friday. During busy holidays
many orders are not shipped same day due to a very high sales volume. Please
keep this in mind when choosing a shipping method.
An email with a tracking number will
be sent as soon as an order is shipped.
Shipping carrier may change without
notice or liability.
Shipping carrier will be changed
to USPS if ship to address is a PO Box.
In Ear Systems, Inc. takes no responsibility
for shipping carriers making late deliveries.
In Ear Systems, Inc. takes no responsibility
for products or packaging damaged by shipping carriers.
In Ear Systems, Inc. is not responsible
for items lost by shipper. As soon as the products leave our warehouse the order
has been fullfilled. Credit will never be given for orders lost by a shipper.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipper and locate lost
packages.

Return Policy
All of our products carry a full
manufacturer's warranty and are refundable within 7 days of the original purchase
date.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged
for all returns!
When returning a product, credit
is only given for that product and tax if applicable. Shipping charges are not
refunded on returns.
A RM number is required for all returns!
Credit will not be given for products returned without an RM number. Please
contact us to recieve a RM number for a return. Note: Generating a RM number
tyically takes about 2 to 3 business days so please be patient.
A 25% fee will be charged if you
return an item without a RM number!
Return instructions
are as follows:
Once we email a RM number to you,
write the RM number on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write the RM
number on the manufacturer packaging!
All products must be returned in
original manufacturer's box with all original parts, accessories and manuals.
Boxes must be packed to meet the
shipping carrier packing specifications.
The shipper is responsible for all
return shipments until they are received by In Ear Systems, Inc.. We recommend
return shipments be insured.
Exchange products will be shipped
out no longer than 10 days after In Ear Systems, Inc. receives the return.
If an exchange is not acceptable, credit will be issued within 10 days after

RM numbers are valid for 15 days
only!
Only products authorized for return
may be returned. Credit or exchange will not be given for products not authorized
for return!
